This policy explains how Brightdune Studios LLC (“Brightdune”, “we”, “us”), a company in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, handles personal data when you use our website, games, apps and channels. Each game or app also has a short privacy summary on its App Store or Google Play page that lists exactly what it collects.

We collect as little as possible. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for anything other than the reasons above.
Advertising
If a game or app shows ads, its store page will say so, along with the ad partner it uses and whether ads are personalised. Games made for children never show personalised ads.
Children
Some of our content is made for children. In games and apps for children we do not collect personal data beyond what's needed to run the game, we don't show personalised ads or third-party tracking, and any link out of the game or purchase sits behind a parental gate. If you're a parent and believe your child has given us personal data, email us and we'll delete it.
Our website
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Social platforms
When you watch or follow us on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Roblox, those platforms' own privacy policies apply to the data they collect.
Who we share data with
Only with service providers that help us run our games and apps (such as Apple, Google and hosting or crash-reporting providers), under contracts that protect your data, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Support emails for up to 2 years; other data only as long as it's needed for the reasons above or required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop processing it, by emailing hello@brightdunestudios.com. We'll reply within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law and, where it applies, other privacy laws such as the GDPR.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
